Mask is a surprisingly affectionate wher. He is very loyal to Mayoi and does not like to be away from him. As a result, these two are a close pair. It also seems that Mask has a similar quiet disposition much like Mayoi does. It is rare to see Mask not by his handler's side, and, if he isn't near him, he will appear worried and frantic while trying to find him.

Despite how Mask is around Mayoi, he is a fierce fighter and is able to tear apart Thread rather quickly and efficiently. It is rare to hear him talk to others when he isn't around Mayoi and, thus, does not tend to make friends easily with others. He has a distinct, short to the point way of speaking, preferring to speak little even around Mayoi. He also tends to curse a bit when he speaks.
