Z'htai is a slightly tall woman with a slightly muscular frame. She had dark skin and long dark brown hair. Her eyes, brown in color, often has a distinct coldness to them, almost hardened from her time fighting Thread. She has a number of scars on her body, quite the contrast to her dragon, Aurith.

PERSONALITY:
Z'htai is a very cold individual. She likes to keep her distance from other people except for those in her wing and only really spends time around Aurith. In fact, some people even get iced out from talking to Z'htai due to the fact that she does not like them in general. Because of this, they have very little friends. This is perfectly fine for her.

All she needs is Aurith. That is her family now and nothing will change that.

However, Z'htai has a mentality of 'the good of the weyr outweighs the good for herself'. Even if she does not want to share a bond with others in the weyr, she is of the mindset that, if it's good for the weyr, she'll do her best to help. With that, she will often go and fight Thread with gusto. Even though Aurith absolutely hates fighting Thread, Z'htai is proud to do so in order to make sure the weyr remains strong.

While she will likely never get in a position on the council, she does have some interest in the politics of the weyr. If she hears gossip about members on the council, she will listen and then proceed to do her own research to form her own opinion.

Aurith is a large sized garnet, being a gradient of dark red to pale pink. On her body are several patterns of the same flower, the poinsettia. This pattern of flowers goes up her neck and down her tail. She has no discernable scars and, in fact, looks like she has had no history of injuries, from Threadfall or any accidents.

PERSONALITY:
Aurith is icy and cold. Frigid, in fact. She has no desire to form friendships with anyone except her rider. However, even Z'htai, the person she is bonded to, is sometimes iced out when Aurith is in a bad mood. The dragon only seems to focus on work and she is an exceptionally hard worker.

Admittedly, there is no soft side to her. While she does share a bond with her rider, Z'htai, she is cold to most individuals. However, she is not a dragon prone to violence. Far from it, in fact. She prefers to stay out of harm's way and is annoyed every time they go and fight Thread. Z'htai and her are like two peas in a frozen pod: cold to everyone except to each other.
