Crowe is a young woman with long brown hair that she typically keeps tied up, usually in a bun. Her eyes are a darker brown than her hair. Her complexion is lightly tanned from working outside for much of her life. Her build is average, though she is very fit and all muscle thanks to her preference for manual labor. She tends to dress practically, even in her downtime. Her preference is for pants, even for formal wear, though if the mood strikes her, she may wear a dress.

Crowe is a down to earth, no nonsense woman who takes life a little too seriously. She's very justice and duty oriented, so much so that at times her dedication to her duties, whatever they may be, consume her life. She needs to be reminded to take care of herself and relax from time to time. She knows how to have a good time, but has to remember to give herself permission to take it easy. She'a a hands on kind of person, learning best by doing rather than watching or reading. She can be bossy and at times will take charge if she doesn't think the person calling the shots is doing enough. She won't blindly follow orders, especially if it could cause harm to those she's trying to help. She'll take the punishment later and take charge now.
While Crowe may seem perpetually grumpy, she does have a softer side that smiles, granted she isn't being bombarded by stupid. She can be easily frustrated by people who goof off and don't try, but is more than willing to help those genuinely struggling. She can come off as somewhat abrasive which makes for bad first impressions, but if you can get past the exterior, she's a loyal friend who will do just about anything for you. She doesn't have many female friends, tending to be closer to men. However, they usually see her as 'one of the guys' due to her efforts to appear hands on and tough, so she has trouble with romantic prospects in the off chance she's not too busy working.

Crowe began life at Southern Boll hold, though she wasn't there long. Her family was part of a trader caravan who were stopped at the hold for business. It just so happened that Saziva went into labor at that time, and Crowe was born. It would be turns before she got a real taste of Southern Boll, but she saw many places as the caravan traveled across the continent. From the time she was small she balked at domestic chores, preferring more hands on tasks, including taking shifts as a guard. It took some convincing but eventually she was allowed. As she grew into her teens she became one of the guys, forming close friendship with the young men her age, but nothing romantic. She had a tendency to boss them around, earning her the 'mom friend' designation, if only in jest. She'd proven herself in physical and mental strength, and her skill with a blade was unquestioned.
Despite visiting so many places, Crowe never felt that any of them could be a home for her. The caravan, too, didn't feel quite right, even though she had spent her entire life amongst them. They were her family, yes, but she wanted to settle somewhere.Her wandering spirit wanted a place to rest after so many turns of traveling. Since the North didn't have a place for her, she decided to try her luck at Semaca. The going was slow at first, but she slowly settled in. She quickly became a Wher candidate, hoping sooner rather than later to be able to head out into the field. When the opportunity to stand for a dragon as well presented itself, she figured it couldn't hurt to try for both. There had to be some partner for her.
