FULL APPEARANCE:
Gallifrey is a very tall man, standing at 7'0" even and with a weight and build of a man befitting of such height that does not miss leg day. He has long dark reddish brown hair that is often tied back in a low horsetail or when he is not working, he tend to let it fly free as it reaches just below his shoulders in length. Bright green eyes full of mirth and sometimes mischief sit rather deep set on a gentle angular face. He has a bit of facial hair that he has allowed to sit on his face, though its kept well trimmed.
He has a slight tinge of tan to his skin from spending a lot of time outside and his daily runs keep his form in shape as well as the lifting and carrying of items from working with his parents then delivering messages as a young lad. As far as clothing goes, anything that is comfortable without loose bits flying about works for him, he has never been partial to one color or another.

PERSONALITY:
Galli is a man that loves to bring life to a room. He has never been without a smile or a joke when people could use a laugh and often lets himself be the butt end of a joke just to break the ice with new folks. He is a man of the people and enjoys getting to know others, talk about his work, his wher or his partner, even to the point of massive gushing.
While a very social creature, his ability to keep details straight in his mind all the time without notes makes his natural tendency to be absent minded very readily on display. He also tends to become distracted by pretty things and may forget what he was talking about mid-conversation if he spies something fascinating. This on more than one occasion has led to some less than polite responses from conversation partners who feel he is ignoring or bored with them.
Naturally such discourse can make things a wee bit awkward, especially when its someone he sees everyday. While he knows he needs to focus, sometimes it just.. doesn't happen because something else crosses his mind and he must impulsively deal with that first. Sometimes this can be seen as endearing.. but in serious moments where details are important along with focus.. he can mess things up bad and might even lead to some seeing him as a bit unreliable.
He is a very kind and loving man, often reaching out to those who need it with a listening ear or some words of comfort. He greatly enjoys his work and just wants to make the weyr a better place for all. He also likes to talk about anything related to whers and has an addiction to apple cider. He also has a love of old
folk stories that often Harpers would tell. His favorites are often bawdy hero tales that are often told to children and he enjoys sharing them with others, as well as listening when he can to new ones that might be floating about.

HISTORY:
Gallifrey was the first child and only son born to a pair of crafters that resided in Fort proper. Raised within the walls and an energetic and outgoing child, friendships came easy to him and he tended to be the clown in his friend group, able to make even the most stoic of their friends crack a smile or chuckle. From a young age, he had always wanted to be able to look after others, often taking to watching the infirmary and volunteering to help them whenever he could.
While not able to do a lot as a young boy, he could do some lifting and run messages back and forth. This made him feel important, needed and wanted. He never expressed an interest in Healercraft but he often wanted to be able to aid in the recovery of other people. He might have even become a Healer if he had not met the man who would become his future partner, Valencio. Spying him in the infirmary one day, he struck up a conversation, being curious as he was about knots he wore.
The other male was happy to share he was a wherling and had bought a wher egg with his marks, wanting to be able to help those he could so he, wanting to follow in this seemingly glorious adventure, put together all the marks he could and purchased an egg for himself.
This egg hatched into a very bright and spunky little garnet named Gallisk. Galli had met his match in the bouncy little Garnet, as she was high energy and liked to run and run fast. She often got him to go with her at night and watch the stars, something they both learned to share a common love of. Once he completed his classes and his wher was grown, he reunited with his Valencio and the pair became closer, the other man gifting him a flit egg as a graduation present that hatched into a bright little bronze he named Apollo.
Very recently, they have officially became life partners and serving together in the ground crew in whatever he can be the most useful.
UPDATES
- Early Spring 2764 - Bonded to Garnet Gallisk.
- Early Winter 2772 - Became Weyrmates with Valencio of White Ciosk.
- Late Summer 2773 (Threadfall) - Gallifrey and Gallisk slip on some loose rock footing. Gallifrey pulls his right hamstring (Mild), but Gallisk breaks her right wing in several places. She'll barely be able to move it even after it heals as much as it will (Permanent).
