Eichi has short blond hair with soft blue eyes. He has fair skin along with this. He has a slim form with barely any muscle. He tends to wear lighter colors. However, in late fall, winter and early spring, he tends to wear a lot more layers as he would in late spring, summer and early fall. He has no notable scars
PERSONALITY
PERSONALITY:
Eichi tends to be a very soft spoken individual. He tends to use longer words as he speaks, along with often being cordial when speaking to others. However, he also tends to hide away his true feelings when people do something he doesn't like, keeping these feelings bottled up inside. Admittedly, he struggles a bit with social cues. His father expected for him to act a certain way and Eichi did so with gusto.
He desires to make the world a better place and, thus, tends to take the most direct approach to it. However, this includes cutting corners in order to be as efficient as possible. If something can be done quickly, even if there is a bigger potential risk, Eichi will, more often than not, take that approach. A reason for this is due to Eichi tending to have low energy. He does not have a lot of stamina and often needs to sit down to take breaks. However, there is no denying that he is determined to work for his goals. He strives to be a dragonrider who is acknowledged and seen as a hero.
Eichi also tends to be fond of puns and can be heard snickering if he hears a pun.

HISTORY:
Eichi really didn't have a want or need for anything growing up. His parents were well off holders and, thus, he had everything he could have wanted growing up. Even as a child, he had low stamina and would not be able to run as fast or as far as the other children in the hold. He would get out of breath quickly and, at times, would tend to feel woozy as a result.
However, this really did not impede his childhood. He had friends and enjoyed playing with the other children of the hold. His father was highly traditional and did his best to raise Eichi to act as a mini version of himself. Eichi didn't seem to mind, though, but he did tend to come off as stuck up as he spoke to other children. He would also take shortcuts in games the hold children would play, something that annoyed a couple of the children.
At the age of fifteen, however, his life suddenly changed. All of the hold children were excited when a searchrider arrived at Ista Hold. Though it was rare that they would be selected, they were hopeful. Eichi was surprised when he was among the children who were searched. His parents were beyond proud, of course, and Eichi's father encouraged him to go. With that, he headed to Ista Weyr to become a candidate.
He didn't expect to impress rather quickly to a gorgeous blue dragon. In fact, when Cheruth first hatched and Eichi heard the sound of a rattle, he thought a snake had hatched instead and was ready to book it, only for a very.. unique blue to run over to him almost instantly. It seemed like the two were complete opposites and wouldn't really be a good pair. However, they almost immediately became good friends and a good team.
While Eichi did struggle a bit in his dragonriding lessons, due to him wanting to take shortcuts that he felt were the best ways of going about it and, thus, causing problems for himself, he would eventually graduate with the rest of the weyrlings of that clutch.
However, admittedly, both him and Cheruth wanted to see different parts of the world and, as Cheruth was around five turns out, the two decided to transfer. They ultimately decided on Fort Weyr.
Why?
They can't say for sure, but they felt like that was where they wanted to be.
