FULL APPEARANCE:
Arashi is a woman with a lithe form and short blond hair that she keeps shaved on the sides of her head near her ears. She has sharp blue eyes with slightly long eyelashes. She tends to wear more colorful clothes, enjoying them due to being colorful. She does have light scarring from when she was younger and from playing with her older brother.
PERSONALITY
PERSONALITY:
Despite being a kind-hearted person for the most part, Arashi loves competition. She likes racing and often likes to challenge her friends to a race down to the mess hall or to the training grounds when they have time. She even likes to make it a competition during Threadfall, always trying to burn more thread than she did the last time. This has caused her to get injured at times from Thread, though. She also tends to be protective of her friends and does not really tolerate anyone making her friends upset. She can get aggressive towards those who harm her friends and, even in her youth, it would result in her getting into fights.
Something she greatly dislikes, though, are stereotypes when it comes to dragons and women in general. She doesn't care for a lot of things that are overly girly that people think she would like. This even caused some conflict with Hercegth when she was younger. Along with this, Arashi is a very head-strong individual. She tends to go about things on her own, no matter how hard or stressful the task is. She refuses to accept help from others, even pushing others away if they try to help her.

HISTORY:
Arashi was definitely a go-getter from the start of her life. She was born and raised in a lesser hold and loved competition. She worked hard to try and be the best she could be. Her parents and older brother loved her greatly, accepting her with open arms when she came out as a girl when she was fourteen. Overall, Arashi lived a fairly happy life.
Things only seemed to be looking up for her when she was searched just after she turned fifteen. She was excited, to say the least. In fact, she would impress relatively quickly. When she was on the sands that day and waited, she did not expect the most adorable pink garnet to walk over to her. Seeing those rainbow swirls made Arashi feel so much joy that she immediately hugged the weyrling. Hercegth and her worked hard, though they did bicker at times like siblings would sometimes do.
Things continued like this until about seven turns had passed. By then, Arashi was now a dragonrider and flew proudly with her flight. However, she felt a desire to go somewhere new- explore the world. After all, she had always been in the Telgar area. Eventually, the two of them made it to Fort Weyr, ready to take on this new world.
