Mikleo is a shorter than average young man. He has a slim build. He has long blond hair he often keeps tied up into a ponytail and soft green eyes. He tends to wear blues, teals and light greys when it comes to his outfits. Along with this, he tends to wear long-sleeved outfits preferring to keep his wrists covered. When his hair is down, it goes half way down his back.

Patience is a virtue, especially to Mikleo. He believes that taking life slowly, one step at a time, is one of the best ways to approach life. Along with this, going about tasks in a slower manner, at least to him, allows for you to get the details exactly right. He is a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to his chores. He likes to ensure he does everything to perfection, which often causes for him to spend an extended period of time doing chores. This, in turn, causes for him to, at times, be late. He also has a fear of canines, not liking to be around them at all and often going out of his way to avoid them. This, in turn, can cause for him to get late as a result.
Mikleo is incredibly loyal, to both his wing and his friends. This is especially true to Sorey, who Mikleo refers to as 'the greatest person he's ever met'. However, he does tend to get jealous at times due to this, especially when it comes to Sorey. He tends to be a bit jealous towards others in their wing speaking to Sorey. He tends to be less trusting to new people he meets. It takes a while for him to develop a friendship with someone. He also tends to carry his heart on his sleeve, his emotions being very visible. It is quite easy to tell if he's annoyed, or doesn't like to talk to someone.

Mikleo was the oldest of two siblings, his younger sister being born when he was around ten turns old. For the most part, it had been just him and his parents. Mikleo's father and uncle served as guards to their hold, both having whers. Mikleo was quite fond of his father's wher, a gentle old green who seemed to like him as well. His parents would often joke about how Mikleo would be a good fit as a wherhandler. The young boy was good friends with another boy named Sorey. He would often run along with him, exploring these 'ruins of old' (at least that's what they would call them as they played) they would discover. Along with this, Mikleo would also train to become a harper.
Even at a young age, he had developed feelings for the other. He wanted to be around the other often and was the first to congratulate Sorey when he was searched. He did not expect to also be searched, being at the age of sixteen, having fully intended to finish his harper studies and then moving to whatever weyr Sorey would move to. With a happy heart, Mikleo told his parents and little sister the good news.
In Telgar Weyr, Mikleo found that he was a bit.. overwhelmed. The weyr was very different compared to their hold and, while Sorey seemed really happy to be there, Mikleo felt more.. reserved. However, when Sorey told him his feelings, two turns later, Mikleo had to admit his own, the two becoming weyrmates. This made Mikleo incredibly happy. However, one day, that happiness he felt disappeared.
After another failed impression, Mikleo received a letter from his father. His mother had died suddenly and it broke his heart. He wanted to go home immediately, but his father told him, in another letter, to continue his candidacy. After all, his mother would have wanted him to do so. Perhaps a dragon had sensed that?
It would be half a turn later when he would meet Denizth, who he thought was his complete opposite. However, he had to admit that Denizth helped him get over his feelings after the death of his mother. Even though the blue dragon often liked to tease him, he would never go so far to cause the other emotional pain, something Mikleo appreciated.
As they trained, the two worked as a great team. Mikleo would often temper Denizth's impatience as well. As they graduated, they would follow Sorey and Camlanth to High Reaches Weyr.
