PERSONALITY
PERSONALITY:
For the most part, Trey just seems like an average, run of the mill guy. He really doesn't have anything that makes him stand out, at least that's what he thinks. He is fond of cooking, though. He was raised at a young age by his parents to learn how to cook and, as a result, it's become a bit of a way to enjoy himself. He always looked forward to cooking duty and trying new combinations to see what others like.
Admittedly, he is a pushover. He finds it hard to state how he feels about certain situations and thus, he is often made to do something he may not agree with. He really doesn't like to cause an argument, so even if he doesn't like something, he won't speak up against it. He also finds it hard to speak up as he's had people get mad at him for opposing them in the past, so he prefers if he keeps his opinions to himself. That way, he doesn't stir the pot.
He's also very diligent with his work. He won't rest until all of his chores are done, or until the last thread had been burned during Threadfall. However, as a result, this does cause for him to overwork himself and stress himself out.

Younger Sister (Open Tie)
SIGNIFICANT OTHER: N/A
BIRTHPLACE: Lesser Hold outside Igen Hold
HISTORY:
Trey was born the oldest of three children by two holdfolk. He had been born six turns before his little sister and, even at a young age, he was expected to help take care of his younger siblings while both of their parents worked. His parents were both farmers and it was expected that, once he was ten turns old, he would also start helping out on the warm.
He didn't really have any friends, mostly keeping to himself even before his sister was born. Thus, he didn't seem all too bothered when he was busy. Perhaps it was during this time he developed his strong work effort. He wouldn't stop until all of his chores were done, even as a child. It didn't matter if he was tired or not: he'd prioritize finishing his chores first.
Trey honestly expected his life to be like this for the rest of his life. However, at fifteen turns, a searchrider came into the hold and Trey was quickly determined to be able to become a dragonrider. He was hesitant, but he also knew this could allow for him to help support his family more. Thus, he joined the other candidates in Igen Weyr.
To say that Trey changed much during candidacy would be further from the truth. If anything, he doubled down on prioritizing his chores and work before anything else. However, when it came to learning how to read, he found it very hard to make out the letters and everything up close was incredibly blurry. He had always had vision problems, but this didn't hinder him nearly as much when he was younger. After speaking to the candidatemaster about his concerns, he was eventually able to get a pair of glasses so he would be able to see much easier.
When Trey was sixteen turns, he would end up impressing to his dragon. Clovith was a spitfire of a young dragon, so eager to hang out with him and to go adventuring. He couldn't help, but to note that she was nearly his complete opposite. Even though, at times, they did butt heads, they did make for a good team. While Trey was the calm, she was the storm and they worked well together. Eventually, the two would graduate shortly after Trey turned eighteen.
Igen Weyr was great, but Clovith didn't seem to enjoy it as much as he did. She wanted to see what the world was and wanted to explore. Trey suggested they could become a searchriding pair, but she quickly shot that down. Eventually, after a couple turns of talking about it, they decided to transfer weyrs.
Shortly into the early summer of 2774, they arrived in High Reaches Weyr. Clovith was excited for this new adventure and surprisingly, so was Trey.
