FULL APPEARANCE:
Katsuki is a young man of average height and a slim, muscular build. Despite the fact that his skin tone is rather fair, he doesn't seem to burn easily in the sunlight and can spend hours outside working without issue. His short, sandy blond hair is unruly and spiky, sticking up at odd angles--from look alone it is clear he makes no attempt to tame it. His eyes are a simple shade of brown, and he has no notable blemishes on his skin other than occasional scars from training and fighting as a dragonrider.
Clothing-wise, he prefers looser-fitting garments, though doesn't seem to care much about colour or fashion.
PERSONALITY
PERSONALITY:
A crude, arrogant, short-tempered, and aggressive person, Katsuki is generally considered a difficult individual to like. While having become slightly less antagonistic than he used to be as a teenager and child, he can still be openly disrespectful towards others. He often refers to others with insulting nicknames, seeing them as worth less unless they have impressed him in some way or another. He does often use vulgar language, and is not particularly nice or open with people who are on his side (or anyone else for that matter) but will act less unfriendly and sometimes even kind to those that manage to earn his respect. Reluctantly.
Katsuki values honesty highly, never lying to the point that his behaviour is seen as rude and insensitive. Unafraid to speak his mind, he'll notice when people are not being truthful to him and call them out. He is an excellent judge of character, and highly intelligent, something which he was praised highly for as a child and is part of the reason for his arrogance now. It is also due to this praise that he desires to be the best at everything he tries. He loves to win above all else and cannot stand it when he doesn't.
He has difficulty accepting his mistakes and shortcomings, often fiercely denying them when pointed out. This doesn't mean he doesn't listen to advice, but he will never outright admit it due to his pride.
HISTORY

Mitsuki of Green Guriseth- Mother, Alive
M'saru of Brown Sankath - Father, Alive
Karoko, Son, born Summer 2774
SIGNIFICANT OTHER: Eijirou of Garnet Shimath, Ochako of Green Uravith
BIRTHPLACE: Ista Weyr
HISTORY:
Born at Ista to a dragonrider pair, Katsuki was raised in the creche with many other children. He did maintain a strong relationship with his parents, at least, with the pair visiting as often as possible. A bright child, he was praised for his ability to learn quickly and was able to read, write, and complete his basic mathematics without any assistance much sooner than most of his peers. He took, and still does, any education seriously. But it was this praise that gave him his arrogance, and he began to bully his peers for it. Some looked up to him and were permitted to be friends with him, but many others were seen as less for one reason or another and targeted.
Although an otherwise adventurous child, Katsuki would apprentice for a short while as a Harper under someone in the Weyr before he came of age to Stand, learning the drums and various other (slightly) deeper skills associated with the craft. At fifteen he stood at his first Hatching, bonding to the first dragon to hatch--his bronze Koteth, "to nobody's surprise," as he might say. The next few Turns were a bit of a blur, between training and eventually fighting actual Threadfall, and not a whole lot happened to him, personally. Despite being a reckless flier and a hellion to deal with as a wingrider, the rider-dragon pair escaped all but the most minor of injuries.
However, tired of chafing under his current Wingleader and rigid hierarchy, Katsuki searches for another Weyr--finally settling on High Reaches.
