Elise is one of those women who will always look youthful, save for her faint laughter lines from smiling so much. Her skin is blemish-free; acne, scars, and freckles are nowhere to be found. Her blonde hair is long, like absurdly long, but also incredibly well taken care of. It is always tied up in two large pigtails. She tends to wrap ribbons around them as it makes her happy. She is on the shorter side and definitely on the slimmer side of things.
She always walks around with a skip in her step and a smile on her face. She loves wearing fancy dresses whenever she can and hates, hates, hates wearing pants.

Elise is nothing short of a good kid. She wants nothing more out of life than to live, have fun, and be happy. She is sweet and innocent, generally pure of mind and of heart, but is also equally gullible. She believes the stories others tell her easily and it takes her a very long time to realize if something is going on that contradicts what they're saying. Sometimes when she doesn't get her way, her attitude can be quite juvenile. She pouts and she whines, begs, and pleads. If she gets her way after her childish bouts, she flips the switch almost instantly and acts cheerfully. If not? Expect the cold shoulder for a bit and a lot more pouting. She often acts on impulse and throws herself into danger without a second thought.
She tries her best to match her energy level to the energy level of the room around her, as well as the fun and seriousness levels. She is kind and selfless, wanting to help anyone no matter who they are or what they need. She does recognize her limits here, however, and will try to pass the task onto someone more equipped to help. She loves her siblings more than anything and will always put family first.

HISTORY:
While Elise was born to a different mother than the rest of her older siblings, she shared the same father. She never considered them less close due to their half-sibling nature. They were as much of a family as any other. She barely remembered her younger sibling, Engenix, Elise being far too young when she was around to have any concrete memories of her.
Sheltered from and borderline unaware of the wrath of her father thanks to her eldest brother, Xander, Elise lived what one could call an idyllic early childhood. Her memories of this time were filled with perfect, loving siblings doing perfect, loving siblings things. And then, the next thing she knew, things 'began' to fall apart.
Camilla was searched to High Reaches. Elise's own mother had died of an illness. Leon began to hide himself away from the rest of his family. Xander kept having bruises that he never explained the origin of. Corrin was always frustrated about staying home. Something was up with all of them, but Elise was still too young at that point to do anything about it. She was sad, of course, that she couldn't do anything to help them, and tried to stay cheerful hoping that it would rub off on her other siblings and make them happy. She was never actually sure if this really helped.
One day, a man named Ryoma showed up to their hold, claiming that Corrin was actually his sibling. This had to be wrong, right? Corrin was Elise's older sister! They were family! Not someone else's family! They couldn't take away the one thing she was so sure of in life. To her luck, a searchrider had arrived to take her, Leon, and even Corrin, to High Reaches to stand as candidates. Leon and Corrin went along with them, and so Elise would follow suit.
Elise has been passed over her fair share of times and holds no ill will towards standing a bit longer. If the dragon in the egg isn't her perfect match, she doesn't mind waiting as long as it takes! And, if a dragon isn't for her? She won't mind Impressing a wher either. She is happy to be surrounded by all of her siblings at High Reaches and tries her best to see them whenever her candidate duties aren't too hefty.
