FULL APPEARANCE:
Wrathion is a tall, almost intimidating looking man. His long brown hair is curly and sticks out at times when it isn't brushed, or it's a windy day. Unlike his hair, his beard is actually quite short. He has very dark skin and often has a bit of a cold look in his eyes. His clothes are often dark in colors, with some accents of red.

PERSONALITY:
At first glance, Wrathion is not a friendly individual. He has severe trust issues and will often act hostile to people the first time he meets them. People need a lot of patience to befriend him and, eventually, he may grow to trust them. Because of his trust issues, he always views most people with suspicion. This even includes leaders of the weyr he is staying at. Along with this, he desires an idealistic world, where there is no fighting. He will fight ruthlessly for this ideal world he views, often speaking his mind when there's injustice. He also hates the feeling of being weak.
If you manage to get him comfortable and on a friendly level to you, you will see he is a somewhat sassy individual to his friends. He will be playful to them and often tease them. However, he genuinely cares greatly for those he cares for. He will always be willing to lend an ear to them and will make suggestions based on what he thinks will help the other. However, it does take a long time for him to get this comfortable.

Wrathion's father was never in the picture. In fact, it's not even known if his father is still alive. For the most of Wrathion's life, he lived with his mother and grandfather. His grandfather never liked him, often making snide comments about him because he was born from an unmarried woman. Along with this, the rest of the hold seemed to also take offence that his parents had not been married when he was born and would talk about him behind his back. Even as he grew up, he didn't have many friends as, almost as soon as he befriended someone, they would turn their back on him from the rumors. This made Wrathion develop a distinct distrust for a majority of people. After all, why wouldn't he distrust other people?
He lived fifteen turns in that environment before a searchrider came to the hold. Almost immediately, Wrathion was viewed as a good match for becoming a potential dragonrider. Before he could even respond, he could hear the rumors from the surrounding people, mentioning that he would 'never be fit to be a dragonrider'. That.. made Wrathion angry, to say the least. He quickly shouted that he wasn't going to take their rumors anymore and decided to leave the hold with the searchrider. He didn't trust the searchrider, but he decided anything was better than the people who lived in the hold.
The weyr he would end up in was High Reaches Weyr, shortly before there was to be a devastating Threadfall that would hit the weyr hard. He was quickly shoved into a room with another candidate and Wrathion was not too thrilled to be around this Anduin. However, Anduin was a ray of sunshine for the other and Wrathion couldn't help, but to feel relaxed around the other.
Anduin.. was special.
Slowly, as they spent the turns at High Reaches, Wrathion slowly opened up around what he had endured in his childhood. Anduin was supportive and was always there to support the other candidate. It was only natural the two would develop such a strong bond that Wrathion decided he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Anduin.
During this time where they became close, two eggs had mysteriously appeared in the sands. When it became learned that the eggs had been originally from Fort, Wrathion felt an intense disgust for High Reaches. He decided he no longer wanted to be at the weyr, but he didn't want to force Anduin to leave.
However, after the clutch that bore the gold dragon, Aldoeith, Wrathion heard that one of Semaca's gold dragons had a clutch of eggs. He mentioned it to Anduin and made it clear that he thought it would be a good idea to transfer and see if they impressed. He was happy when Anduin agreed and soon after, they arrived in Semaca Weyr in Spring 2771.
Wrathion plans on staying in Semaca Weyr, but he, naturally, wants to talk to Anduin about it for his point of view.
