FULL APPEARANCE: Standing at a lean 6'4, B'til is not entirely distinguishable from a human beanstalk. While his body and limbs contain muscular tone, none would look at him and imagine someone particularly strong or intimidating.
Too scrawny to be considered as traditionally handsome as many dragonmen, he's nonetheless not unattractive. He keeps a full beard, and pale green eyes glow warmly beneath his thick brows. His ears are just slightly bigger than someone would expect, but it's a cuter look and less prominent than "flying elephant" level big. When his chest is bare, it sports a moderate level of curly auburn hair to match the loose waves on his head.
The general look says lumberjack while the build says "runner who has seen a lumberjack once and liked the aesthetic".
He has a dragonman's version of a farmer's tan, pale skin underneath where riding leathers usually cover, but olive everywhere else.

PERSONALITY
PERSONALITY: Since he was a child, Bi'tl has been a bit of a worrier, always one to check twice that the latches on gates were secure or doors were properly fastened, but he has learned to channel some of his feelings into a love for music. Despite his worrywart nature, he is friendly, but he tends to try to be the planner of any group, always checking his work and ensuring that whatever task is to be done, it will be done with safety in mind. The habit is enduring at times, but annoying at many others.
He's always willing to lend a helping hand when someone is in need, and he truly has a good heart somewhere in that hairy chest. Not easily brought to anger, he can nevertheless be a bit persnickety when he thinks an unnecessary risk is taken or if his careful suggestions are not heeded (even if they ate sometimes a little too cautious. If Pern had an OSHA, he'd want to head it.

HISTORY: The product of a green flight, Bi'tl's parents became smitten with each other after their first night together, eventually also having a daughter together. Though Bi'tl and his sister grew up in the creche as most weyrchildren do, their parents spent time with them whenever they were able. From a young age, Bi'tl was known to have a penchant for song, and he learned his lessons and teaching songs from the Harper as quickly as a newly hatched dragonet learns to eat.
His talent and love for music had him apprenticed with the Harpers when he was old enough, and he developed a knack for poetry and especially writing about the dragons. He could hardly be seen without a quill in hand after he was assigned at the weyr, helping with records of Hatching and always looking to make his own lessons, usually in song or poem form.
When presented with the opportunity to stand as a Candidate at 21, he took it, thinking he would at least get a good muse out of it. The idea that this muse would be a dragon never truly crossed his mind until Volkswyth first called to him on the sands, warbling in what could maybe be called a dragon equivalent of song, though dragons have little sense of rhythm or tune.
From dragonback, he has gained a new perspective into the world, and gained all the more inspiration for his writing and training (though this is constrained by duties and Threadfall).

FULL APPEARANCE:
This is about as diminutive a brown as they come, on the smaller end of every measurement, though what he lacks in physical strength he gains the advantage of in speed. Despite the small size, he is well-proportioned and toned in form, a perfect, if tiny, example of his breed.

A light tan in color over most of his body, russet marks like flames run across his sides and his wing joint, as well as forming a mask over his muzzle. The flames, of course, help him go faster. His muzzle is slightly rounded, and he has large, slightly protruding eyes which lend to a mildly buggish-appearance.
PERSONALITY
PERSONALITY:
This is a dragon with everything to prove. Not to be outdone by his size, he tries all the harder in everything he does to show he's just as capable as bigger dragons. Though while he's stubborn in matters of competition, he's fiercely loyal and friendly to those closest to him. He enjoys listening to human song, though he understands little of how they produce those kinds of tones and rhythms. There's nothing he loves more than flying, however, and he and his rider spend more time aloft than on the ground on many days. He enjoys testing the limits of his speed and endurance, even if it never wins him anything more than praise from his rider and the feel of the wind over his hide.

Voice: His voice is a low rumble, almost like a distant roll of thunder, a soft and fairly soothing sound so long as it is not raised into a storm.

-You need to pick a wing for Bi'tl! As the rider of a small brown at High Reaches, the logical choices would be Stormlight or Moonshot.

-Please list "apprentice harper" under his occupation as well as it seems he keeps up with it to some extent.

-TPA personalities need to be a minimum of 200 words. I'd suggest adding a sentence or two clarifying that his worries are often unnecessary and can just get in the way of himself and others for minimal benefit.

-As a weyrbred child, he'd have been allowed to stand from the day he turned 15. Why didn't he decide to do it until 21?
