Application Tagging!

We are implementing a Thread Tagging system so the staff are better-able to respond to and review character apps. In order to make it clear what applications are finished and ready for review, and which ones people may need a little help on, here are a list of helpful tags to get you sorted out and started!

[ADPT] Adoptable

• add this tag if you claim an adoptable from the adoptables board
• app has a one month expiration

[WIP] Work in Progress!

• Pretty self-explanatory: when your app is unfinished and you don't want any input on it yet, tag it as this.
• Apps will not be reviewed at this stage!

[RFR] Ready For Review!

• When your app is ready to be looked at by the moderators, please edit your topic title or description to have this!
• This is the stage where you will be given a formal review. At this point, the mod team will review and discuss your character!
• If anything is deemed inappropriate or in serious need of change, or if there are small corrections or clarifications needed, they will be asked of you. We will give you three opportunities to make changes and edits to the application for serious changes, after which point, if they have not been adequately addressed, we will archive the character.
• When you make your edits, please post a reply to your application so staff knows you have updated things!
• Once at least two moderators have approved it, this tag will be removed, they will be moved to the relevant character board, and they will be added to the census. You will be informed of this move, either through PM if you are offline, or through the Discord/IM if you are available through that.

[DEL] Please Move/Delete!

• When you lose steam on an application or make an accidental post, please put this tag so we know to archive it!
• Empty threads (ones devoid of content) will be deleted, while partial character apps will be moved to the abandoned characters section.
