Now that most of the toxins have been identified- and we have narrowed down which region other poisons are likely to come from- the infirmary is a buzz of activity. Further more targeted research is being conducted. Antidotes are being prepared. And of course, treatments considered to be administered to the most long-suffering of patients.

For the first time in what felt like a long time, Y'ang felt like the activity in the infirmary had hope and purpose driving it. There was a light at the end of the tunnel. All she needed to do was push herself and her team a little bit more, and they would be out of this nightmare.

She was moving through the infirmary, checking in on supplies, making sure no one was trying to administer care while actively falling asleep on their feet, and generally checking in on patients where she could. Her bedside manner wasn't her strongest suit, but right now they didn't need perfect nursemaids, they needed as many healers as they could get working.

"Do not pile the dirty linens there," she snapped at someone. "How many times do I have to say it, it's too easy for them to get mixed up with the clean linens if we pile them there." She glared at the wingrider who was trying to get away with dumping dirty linens in the nearest corner as she took the pulse of a patient who'd been there a while.
