Weyrling Mentor Program

This program came to be when Fort had a big influx of weyrlings without enough Weyrling Master assistance and was then spread elsewhere through Fort's influence. While the Fort, HR and Semaca clutches are now manageable, the Weyrs have continued to encourage weyrlings to reach out and mentor with a dragonrider should they be interested. This allows a weyrling to get extra experience with a rider side-by-side. The rules of Weyrlinghood apply - they cannot have a sexual relationship with their mentor. Mentors must be a fully established rider in a wing, and must be at least 3 Turns of experience as a graduated Rider.
